Deep in the heart of the forest, there was a small village that was home to a young girl named Ingrid. She was a sweet and innocent child, loved by everyone in the village. But little did she know, there was a dark secret that lurked in the shadows, waiting to reveal itself.
One day, as Ingrid was playing in the forest, she stumbled upon an abandoned mansion. Curiosity getting the best of her, she decided to explore the eerie building. As she walked through the halls, she couldn’t shake off the feeling that she was being watched.
As she entered a room, she saw a game board with strange symbols and markings. Without fear, she stepped closer and read the inscription at the bottom:
“Enter the Penance Game and face your fears. But beware, for once you start, there is no turning back.”
