If the character lands on a creature space, they must engage in a battle with the creature. Each character has a set of cards with different attacks and defenses that can be used in battles. The outcome of the battle depends on the player’s strategy and luck.
If the character lands on a task space, they must complete a task that will help them advance in the game. These tasks can include building a bridge, constructing a shelter, or navigating through a maze.
Players must also be aware of the turn-based weather changes that can affect their movement and the outcome of their tasks and battles.
The Endgame
The game ends when one player has successfully retrieved all three legendary treasures and returned to the starting point. They are declared the winner and receive the title of the ultimate adventurer.
